Light The Wick World Premiere Blasts Off

This week’s Almost Live joins TGR’s athletes and fans at the world premiere of Light The Wick. Watch TGR athletes, friends and family gather for their annual dinner and then gear up for a premiere full of signings from athletes, massive giveaways and a closing segment that was presented in RealD during the late show. As Dana Flahr notes just before everything begins, “We’re here for the world premiere of Light The Wick. We’ve got a packed house and I’m pumped. We’re going to see the movie for the first time in about five minutes and I can’t wait.” – TGR

TGR Deeper Unplugged: Jeremy Jones

In this week’s Deeper Unplugged, Jeremy lets his excitement get the best of him while riding a line he’s been eyeing from Snowbird’s tram for years. As Jeremy notes at the end of the episode, “It was like a car accident, one of the hardest crashes I’ve had…You get such a huge endorphin high on the way up coupled with adrenaline that you need to reel that in a little bit.” – TGR

Daron Rahlves: Sympathy For the Devil

Former US Ski Team member Daron Rahlves joins the TGR crew in Alaska during this week’s Almost Live. While everyone is stoked to have him around, the terrain remains unforgiving and Rahlves takes a nasty crash on his first run while skiing a line off the shoulder of a granite feature known as the Devil’s Thumb. As Sage put it, “First run out of the gate, super gnarly exposure ripping the line into a super gnarly crash.” – TGR

TGR: Tanner Hall, Stoked on Pringles

Watch Tanner Hall hit one of the steepest lines that Alaska has to offer in his continued transition to big mountain riding. Tanner describes it as the sickest run of his life and mentions that no contest could ever bring him joy like that. In honor of some of the tastiest spines they’d ever skied and Tanner’s post-shred snack, the guys named the run “Pringles.” – TGR

Sage: “You ever hit anything like this before?”

Tanner: “Never dude! Are you f*ing kidding me?”
