Ray Wong of Team Glockworx strikes again with another great shooting competition point-of-view video from the latest LdF Steel Match… nice work Ray.
Two Teams from the German BMW 318is-CUP on special-stage 11 at Rallye Waldviertel in Austria. The racers finished with a time difference of only 0.01 seconds. The left video was shot with a standard lens compared to the wide angle on right. Video from Race Cam Rent.
This point-of-view video from Chris Dickey over at ThoughtSaker.com made my day. Reminds me of taking my dog (Young Stunner) mountain biking.
Stunt pilot Paul Lopez recently shared an amazing in flight point-of-view video. I don’t think I would last long in the cockpit with Paul… I get a little queasy just thinking about it. Paul had this to say about the video “I love my POV, I spent months researching camera set ups for in cockpit footage. The quality of the POV looks like it came from a $3,000 set, and many people have commented to just that.”
V.I.O. was lucky enough to receive some great holiday reviews during last few months. The following are a few of my favorites.

At V.I.O. we take pride in the durability and usability of our products, the following email says it all.
Hey there. I own a POV.1 camera and wanted to share a story about my experience with the camera system. I use the camera for helmet mount recording of mountain bike rides and usually keep the remote in my pocket on my mountain bike shorts. The other day I couldn’t find my remote. While folding laundry I noticed something in the pocket of my shorts and sure enough it was the POV.1 remote. It had gone through the washing machine (cold water) and the dryer (with heat). I was bummed but decided to try it anyway. To my total amazement it worked. The remote functions as well as it always has! It’s pretty unbelievable to me. I thought you guys would want to know that if your remote gets dirty you can just put it in the wash!
Thanks for making a durable product!
Best,
Eric Haase
George over at KiteFlix.com might be Super Man in disguise. I have no idea how he walked away from this crash with only minor injuries. This video is a must watch, not only is the point-of-view Kiteboarding footage crazy so is the crash. Glad you are OK George.
Our good friends at Scott put together a couple cool POV videos of JP Reddy at the Black Butte MX Track… enjoy.
Check out this amazing point-of-view Bodyboarding footage filmed somewhere off the New Zealand coast. Hayden Parsons had this to say about the V.I.O. POV.1 “Been dreaming of a system like the POV since I started Bodyboarding!”
