This video captured by adrenalinevideo.com.au with POV.1 cameras from RaceRecall.com has some very nice dual action shots. In their own words…”Come for a ride in Maurice Fabietti’s Monaro Top Doorslammer at WSID in Sydney, Australia. Recorded from many positions on the car. TURN UP THE VOLUME AND HANG ON.”
Ray Wong is a competitive shooter for team glockworx (madtrigger.com) and has been using V.I.O. point-of-view cameras for a number of years now. Check out this video from a USPSA 3 gun match in Pala CA. The first gun he uses looks like something I just shot on Call of Duty 4…
RaceRecall.com just shared a very sharp looking point-of-view video, here is what they had to say about the footage. “Rusty French, who brought two of his 1979 Porsche 935 K3s to Laguna Seca is a stalwart participant of Australia’s historic racing scene and also participated in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1984. Despite never having been to Laguna Seca before, he dominated the IMSA race on Sunday afternoon, beating many local drivers.”
Congratulations Andy… you are the first person to have their video showcased on The V.I.O. Voice. Check out Andy racing his BMW 318is during a German special-stage event (dual POV.1 camera angles)… nice work.
B&H Photo recently did a really great review of the V.I.O. POV.1. Check them out online or at their New York super store.
In addition to the current provided POV.1 mounts, the video highlights future mounts that will become available this winter. These mounts include the Star Mount, New Goggle Mount, Mini Rail Mount, and Pipe mount.

A German technical magazine recently gave the VIO POV.1 a result of: sehr gut – or very gut. (this is the best grade you can get in Germany) Translated to numbers 100 is the best, the POV.1 got a 130.
ESPN magazine contributor Hampton Stevens and NASCAR Driver Kurt Busch took the VIO POV.1 for some testing at Worlds of Fun amusement park, KC . This video has some nice point-of-view rollercoaster footage along with a unique mounting solution (taped to his head)… this video is a must see.
